Okay, misleading title, I know. No, I am not suddenly enlightened by the power of MJ. Yes, I am excited about this recent news: Hunter Parrish, who plays the ever-rebellious, pot-growing Silas Botwin in “Weeds,” is going to take over the leading male role of Melchior (originally played by Jonathan Groff) in the Broadway musical “Spring Awakening.” The show won eight Tony Awards last year, including “Best Musical,” and I’ve been meaning to see it since. I love the soundtrack and was upset about not being able to see the show with its original cast, though now I feel much better about the situation. Come August 18th, I’ll be buying tickets to see Hunter Parrish sing and dance (err…and from what I hear, do a lot more) on stage.

And by “do a lot more,” I mean something like his scene with Mary-Kate Olsen in Season 3 of “Weeds,” but more graphic and involving less clothing (the part I’m talking about is in the last 30 sec of the video):
